Supposedly, this undercover video was taken on a passenger train passing through Palestine, Ohio, just prior to the toxic train derailment. It does appear that the tracks may have had some minor issues. Norfolk Southern was heard saying that they were going to have a "Public Inquiry" as soon as the Canadian "Commissioner Paul Rouleau" was available to hear the case.
